  1. Wow! There are so many things that I have gained from this blog. I have tried for a month and a half drinking a slimming coffee and I suppose it was effective because the dresses that I wore were witnesses of how I slimmed down. After that span of time, I got tired stopped taking the coffee so I am now back to my regular self and even fatter :) I am stunned by what I have read and I'm interested in green teas because of the facts that has been listed here. I have been a fan of a drink which is available in many stores which contains green tea but because it is costly and I'm still a student who asks my parents for my allowance, its quite difficult for me to consume it every day to accompany my diet so I basically rely on walking from my house to my school and slashing some unwanted calories from my meal in maintaining my figure. But I'm still hoping that I could include green tea on my daily diet.
